Welcome & What to expect…

Welcome guys, here’s what to expect:

I’ve been contemplating doing this for a while now and decided it was time to give it a shot! I feel that there are very few male bloggers out there really committed to making a mark on the fitness industry so I’m here to bridge the gap.

For those of you that don’t know me my name is Aaron Smyth. I’m a personal trainer & online coach based in Dublin. This blog is going to be about everything lifestyle, health and fitness related. It is going to be lead by YOU, the reader. So all blog post suggestions welcome.  

The reason I decided to do this blog is because I want to help. Heaps of people message me personally for a wide variety of advice. From different types of supplements to diet/nutrition and workout/training advice. So I decided to blog my response to all of the questions people ask.

All the advice that I can give you or am going to try to give you is through personal experience and if there is something I don’t know, I will research it.  Sometimes I’ll trial things myself to see what happens so I can give my honest opinion.

What to expect from my blog? Again, like I said, I would love you guys to lead the way. Give me suggestions on what to write about. As it will be really beneficial and relevant to you.

I hope my blog will be a massive help to those who ask for advice and maybe answer some questions for those who read and may be too shy to ask.
